Each community within Dubai Hills Estate has its own allocation of public open space. We worked with the Client to develop new and exciting play areas and moments of engagement.

While aiming to provide areas for play, exercise, and community engagement, the open space also assists in the management of storm water for each community. Discretely combining these two land uses is the backbone of this sustainable development.Additionally we provided the streetscape design for 8 communities within Dubai Hills Estates. The streets are well planted with locally adapted species alongside ample footpaths. This approach helps to accentuate the livability of the communities.

Each community shares a common palette of material which is re-arranged to create different visual aesthetics across each of the neighborhoods.
